公司由谈明初先生于1998年创立，初始名称为吴江万事达环保溶剂有限公司。依托持续的技术积累与市场拓展，公司业务稳步增长。2016年，公司在江苏省连云港市徐圩新区启动全资子公司建设，规划建设大型现代化芳烃溶剂生产基地。2017年，吴江万事达完成股份制改造，并正式更名为鹏辰新材料科技股份有限公司，企业治理结构和资本体系全面升级。经过系统建设与产线布局，连云港子公司于2020年底正式投产，公司整体产能与规模实现跨越式提升，确立了在中国高沸点芳烃溶剂行业的领先地位。

The company was founded in 1998 by Mr. Tan Mingchu under the name Wujiang Wanshida Solvent Co., Ltd. With continuous technological accumulation and market expansion, the business grew steadily. In 2016, a wholly owned subsidiary was launched in Xuwei New District, Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, to develop a large-scale modern aromatic solvent production base. In 2017, Wujiang Wanshida completed its shareholding reform and was officially renamed Pengchen New Material Technology Co., Ltd., marking a major upgrade of its corporate structure and governance. After systematic construction and capacity deployment, the Lianyungang subsidiary commenced commercial production at the end of 2020, enabling the company to achieve a significant leap in production scale and to establish a leading position in China's high-boiling aromatic solvent industry.
